We were purchasing our first house and wanted to get expert advice to help guide us through the mortgage process. Martin worked tirelessly to get us the best possible deal. He was always on hand to answer any questions we had and was always quick to respond. With interest rates going up rapidly (especially after the Truss micro-budget) Martin worked through the weekends and late into the evenings to make sure our application was completed as soon as possible before the worst of the rate rises took affect. We are very grateful for his effort as this ensured we got a deal we were pleased with.

First and foremost, if you are not using Martin Rayner for mortgage advise and to secure you the best mortgage deal then you are not giving yourself the best chance. Martin is one of the nicest and friendliest financial professionals I have ever come across. Although Martin charges a small fee, what you get in return feels like you are robbing the man, he answered every question we had, jumped on a call anytime to give us update after update and what was happening behind the scenes. Early last year we decided to look further into realising our dream of having an additional holiday let along with our primary residence and rental property.
